organization who requires knowledge about Six Sigma. Basic DMAIC for process
improvement is included without the effort and expense necessary for Green Belt
and Black Belt certification.
A
certified instructor presents all Six Sigma eCourses in a live interactive
online environment. Each of the five eClasses is approximately 2 hours. Total
eCourse duration: 10 hours online, and 20+ hours study.
