Sigma expert project managers who will lead the quality improvement projects.
Black Belts require strong statistical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Black Belts are the tactical leaders of the process improvement team. The
training program will teach the Six Sigma DMAIC model of process improvement
methodology, with advanced tools and techniques required for success.
A certified instructor presents all Six Sigma
eCourses in a live interactive online environment. Each of the ten eClasses is
approximately 3 hours. Total eCourse duration: 30 hours online, and 60+ hours
study.

2 Text Books and Interactive CD-ROM study materials, and shipping costs. The
ASQ onsite certification examination is not included in the list price. The ASQ
Black Belt certificate is awarded to attendees who are eligible, register, and pass
the ASQ onsite Black Belt examination with a score of 70%, or more correct answers.
